ASHydropanel is a multifunctional all-round fiber cement board with excellent properties in terms of impact resistance, fire resistance, sound insulation and moisture resistance. This board is stronger and harder than plasterboard because it is made of Portland cement, mineral fillers (e.g., mica), organic reinforcement fibers and additives. A ASHydropanel board is autoclaved, sanded and sawn square. This board has many advantages. It is not inflammable and does not spread fire (fire reaction class A2-s1, d0 according to NEN EN13501-1). It is not only resistant to many living organisms (fungi, bacteria, insects, vermin, etc.) but also to various temperatures. Furthermore, it is airtight and vapor permeable and has a high impact resistance. It ensures high dimensional stability and low hygroscopic movement thanks to the selected mineral fillers.
