TEJDBH1 ultra-high hardness impregnated brass solid lubrication bearing is further improved upon TEJDB01 by adjusting a high hardness brass casting process to raise its hardness further, maximising its load-bearing capacity and wear-resistant property. Due to its reduced ductility, high-impact applications should be avoided. Also, the bearing bush’s high hardness during the design of the bearing set high hardness shaft should be selected to prevent premature shaft wear. TEJDBH1 is widely used in mining equipment, engineering equipment, and injection-molding machines, etc.
